Outline...
This course addresses how poor working conditions coupled with high demands, low levels of control and a lack of meaningful support can adversely affect health and wellbeing and, in some cases, reduce the benefits of employment for some people. Managers, therefore, need to know how to create safe working conditions that support and encourage positive mental health while at the same time, being aware of, and understanding, the signs of mental ill health and knowing how to provide the right support.
Outline...
The course discusses not only the signs and triggers, but also offers realistic and practical ideas and options for management of the issues. This course duration is approximately 2 hours (dependent on previous familiarity with the subject). As an employer or senior manager you can be sure that you've found a way to deliver the essential principles your key staff, in an online environment which is simple to arrange and access, as well as cost effective.
